Clean and friendly. My only complaint about this place is that it's not closer to my house. The young lady who works here is always pleasant and more than willing to help. Do yourself a favor. Do your laundry here ☺️

I'm privileged to say that this is the first time I have to use a public laundromat for my regular laundry needs, but coming to the Laundry Basket Too has been such a great experience so far. My husband and I come here about once every week or two weeks, and the atmosphere is very calm. It's never chaotic, crowded, or intimidating here. The machines always work for us, and it's easy to get out clothes washed, dried, and cleaned. (We do the option where we don't ourselves). And whenever we have an issue or question, we always feel satisfied if Rosemary is working! Not only is she a true professional, but she also creates a welcoming experience. If we talk about personal matters with her, she'll remember topics and details to bring up for the next time we see her. Thanks to Rosemary and the Laundry Basket Too for the great laundry experiences so far. 🤘

This place is a true gem! It is so clean, quiet, and most importantly has above and beyond great customer service. I was helped by Rosemary and Tiffany tonight and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. They even prevented an accidental dry of my cashmere sweater that I would have missed! You guys have a customer for life, thank you so much for your dedicated care of your customers and the facility.

Their wash and fold service is the best in the business. Clean, timely, neatly folded, everything wrapped up in case of bad weather. I've been using the service for several years now and can't recommend them enough.

I only use a laundromat for bulk items so I was referred to this laundromat from a friend who lives nearby. I live about 15 mins away and wasn't sure I wanted to drive the distance when I have a laundromat near me but I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. This laundromat is so much cleaner than the one I usually go to and the owner is so attentive and nice. She assisted me with explaining to me how the washer worked and another time when I was a little late to grab my items out of the dryer I came in to them neatly folded and put into my hamper. I always refer this laundromat to my friends and glad i tried it out

I absolutely recommend the wash and fold service! I am pretty meticulous with my family’s clothing but the service provided exceeded my expectations! All of our items were pressed and folded and pants pleated and hung. This is my go to when I fall behind on laundry for a quick catch up.

I had a wonderful wash and fold experience here. I called the owner on the phone inquiring about pricing and wait times, and she was very friendly and informative. Told me my clothes would be done within the day. I dropped off my clothes around 1pm, and picked them up a little after 5pm. Smelled fresh, folded neatly, and some of my clothing was hung up to air dry. The woman handling my order said she always reads the care instructions of clothing before she puts them in the dryer. I didn't tell her to do this, but greatly appreciated that she took the extra time. She was friendly as well! Overall, I had a great experience! I would recommend this place, your laundry will be in good hands!

I depend on this place for my laundry. Rosemary the owner is always so nice and has treated me so well here. They have everything you need even if you forget it. The same goes for her staff- Jackie and Andrea, everyone here is super friendly and welcoming! I come here weekly and won’t ever question going anywhere else. Thanks again guys…you deserve 10 stars ⭐️

The Laundry Basket Too is hands down the best! Rosemary, the owner, is amazing and truly cares about her customers. Her staff is just as wonderful — always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help. The place is spotless every time I visit, which makes doing laundry a much more pleasant experience. Their prices are very fair, and I love that they offer everything from self-serve machines to wash & fold and even dry cleaning. I highly recommend The Laundry Basket for all your laundry needs!
